The EIT Urban Mobility Accelerator is a EU-funded programme in five European regional hubs implemented through partners to take early-stage mobility start-ups to the next level. Most promising early-stage start-up teams with business ideas that reduce congestion and increase efficiency in the transport system were selected in June 2020.
They come with innovative approaches to make commuting faster or more enjoyable and with concepts to accelerate the transition to low- or zero-emission forms of transport – and with all other possible ideas that help to solve mobility-related problems.
Innovation accelerator offers 10 learning sessions to get more deepen into tools, which every start-up needs to use to be successful not only in idea creation and product development, but also in monetization of their idea, finding investors and sale the product.
Experienced mentors will share their knowledge and skills with participants in up to 2 hours long sessions. Topics has been selected very carefully taking into account the needs of start-ups, so participation on every single session can accelerate the ability of team significantly.
The following topics will be covered during the whole programme:
All sessions will be interactive, there will be not only discussion, but a lot of time will be devoted to practical testing of new knowledge. Therefore you will be ready to use all skills and tools within your team just after the sessions.

Dennis will give you an introduction on how to find and define your sales story based on the value you offer and define your own sales strategy. He will show you various strategies and give you clear todos on how to set up your sales. After the introduction, you have the chance to discuss your best practices or fails in the group.
